haven't had much time to write here since i've been busy on other corners of the site! i recently had my husband help me scrape and compile some old assets from thedollpalace to recreate 2 of their old dollmakers. i did this because, while i can access them on wayback machine, their rate limiting is so strong that i was never able to load the entire page(s) at once, which makes it impossible to make a doll lol. soo had to get a little crafty and piece it all together. it was a fun little project but i'll probably focus on creating my own maker of sorts next.

also added a sozai page to start putting my free to use web materials. i've been making a bunch of different things in ibispaint (got my apple pencil hehe). hopefully will start uploading them soon.

i've been pretty sick the last few days but i think i'm finally starting to feel better. sweated out most of the ickyness last night. yay

super busy week at work with the first of the month rolling in so won't have much to say. my daily schedule is currently like:

6:30am wake up
7:00am get sterling up and ready for camp
8:20am drop off at camp
9:00am office / work / game til 2
3:00pm pick sterling up
4:00pm play with sterling outside (if the weather is ok)
5:30pm dinner
6:00pm til 7:30pm chase sterling around the house
7:50pm bathtime
8:00pm put sterling to sleep
8:00 til about midnight just play on my ipad lol

got a few little updates in in a few moments of free time today. mostly cleaning stuff up.

we are heading out from the office and going straight to florida for the weekend. ugly weather but it'll be nice to see the fam. we've got a double birthday party on saturday for nana & mom! should be lots of people.

summer camp starts monday! we met sterling's camp councilors this morning. they seem super sweet & excited! lots of familiar faces in his camp class.

whew! summer is here and the rain is going to be non stop for the next few days (buuuuU~). sterling is home until june 1st, when he starts summer camp!! yippeee. we are very excited to meet his new teachers next week.

not a lot going on at work at the moment, but i'm only here for 3hrs a day until summer camp starts.

started playing this cute game called playville.. sort of collecting cute stuff like on cocoppa play. we'll see how i like it. it does have a cute little farmville aspect to it that i love. reminds me of OG farmville on facebook games.

framing started on our new house a couple days ago.. things are moving quick!!! i'll add a picture here. hopefully the rain chills out soon so they can keep working. we are set to close the first week of august.

i wanted to create a webpage that does not need to scroll vertically.. but i think there's just not enough room in my main content div to fit everything that i want to fit. i could make it wider but that kinda doesn't sit right with me visually .. i like skinny and i don't like to scroll but also i don't like using small fonts (which would help my situation).

i also am feeling more tropical/summer/bright color vibes right now vs. the pink kawaii pastel theme i have been building.. i will probably keep both and maybe implement a theme selector or something. grrr rrrrr my brain hurts

i only have about 3 hrs/day that i can dedicate to this and i end up going down so many rabbit holes (or gaming) that nothing gets done ! ! 1 !1

anyway i'm probably going to leave this site as is for now, finish uploading and posting all my content, set up my links for a future iframe and THEN start working on a new theme.

so currently i'm at work. it's a slow day so far. drs appt this morning. sterling isn't feeling so great today. he's got a few mosquito bites that are a bit swollen (mosquitos love him).
i'm going to attempt to finish my neocities today or tomorrow. i only have an hour left at work today but i needed to get a post up just to see how this will look.
